Hi Sif Kamira here! Glad you enjoy my game. So the short of the sanity and corruption system is that mental trauma causes sanity loss and depravity causes corruption. Lose all your sanity leads to the noose ending and getting too much corruption lead you to abandon the mission because you became a baddie. A big contribution to sanity loss is murder. Killing a lot of people causes mental trauma for the killer after a while. But showing mercy is also a risk because people who dont die can show up again to kick your ass later. Just being in the dungeon is traumatic in of itself which is why you get sanity loss for just being there in hard mode and sanity loss over time for going without sleep.
Idk what to tell you. I make horror games but you seem to want a porn game. I dont make porn games. Did you watch the gameplay footage? There's zero sex in it. Even if you mainly pursued sex in the game less than 10% of the game would be sex. If you want a porn game with consensual stuff I can recommend orc massage.
