Demo Update v1.12

Not a big update but a much needed one. I got complaints about the volume of the game and I realised I dont have a volume control option. 
Well now the game does! You can set the volume to be whatever you want :)
Also added a gargoyle enemy to Ruins East. Don't fight it unprepared!

There are a few small bug fixes as always.
Also you can talk to Maria and ask her to give you gameplay tips to help you along.
